The Oregon Guitar Quartet hosts a free celebration and concert to mark the the release of their eighth studio CD, “Scarlatti” at the Frank Lloyd Wright Gordon House (adjacent to the Oregon Garden) located in Silverton, Oregon. “Scarlatti” exclusively features the music of Domenico Scarlatti, who composed most of his masterpieces in the last years of his life. The group presents an exciting fresh take on the sonatas of Scarlatti in original transcriptions for the quartet by ensemble member Bryan Johanson. Refreshments to be served - seating is limited.
